Design Studio presents "LCC Secrets," inspired by...
These postcards were handed out in subway stations, hidden inside library books, and left in art galleries by Frank Warren starting in 2004. Soon after, anonymous secrets started arriving in his mailbox and were first displayed at a small art festival in Washington DC in 2005. Over a decade later, the postcards still haven’t stopped coming. Now over a million secrets, PostSecret’s influence has touched millions of lives through the PostSecret blog, museum exhibits, and published books.
After years of doing the project in class, Design Studio is ready to host a school-wide PostSecret exhibit of our own at LCC. This is our chance to let go of the secrets we’ve been keeping without fear of being judged, and anonymously inspire others to come together over their secrets too.
Secrets can be submitted April 17th - May 8th using the "Submit a Secret" link at the top of the website, and will be anonymously displayed on our LCC Secrets Exhibit Instagram account @lcc.secrets starting May 25th.
